My Little Family Car Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

My Little Family Car is provided by Daniel DeClet. It is a parent-supervised app for preparation, conversation, and playful child-passenger entertainment. This policy covers the app and support messages sent to us.

Local play and saved information

The app stores avatar appearance, family roles and relative sibling ages, trip and checklist choices, custom stop labels, settings, and limited recent game history locally on your device. Feelings selected during play are session-only and are not included in saved checklists or exports. Custom labels are optional; use general words such as “Park,” not names or addresses.

The app does not send these family or play entries to the developer. There are no app accounts, ads, third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, or developer-operated cloud storage. It does not request GPS, contacts, camera, microphone, or tracking access. It does not request a real name, photo, date of birth, or voice recording. Narration is prerecorded audio bundled with the app, not a live AI service receiving your child’s information.

Your controls and copies

Parent controls can erase saved checklists and delete individual custom stops. Other preferences may remain. You can export a checklist as a local JSON file; this does not upload it to us. If you later share that file using another tool, check what it contains and that tool’s privacy practices. The app has no cloud-sync feature, but device backups or exported files may preserve copies. Deleting the app does not necessarily remove those copies or cancel a subscription.

Apple purchases and diagnostics

Apple handles payments. StoreKit supplies verified purchase and subscription status so the app can unlock access; the app does not ask for payment-card details or Apple credentials and does not upload purchase records to a developer database. Apple may separately make sales and diagnostic reports available under its services and your settings. Sales reports help us administer purchases.

In TestFlight beta testing, Apple automatically shares usage and crash information and may also share tester details and submitted feedback. Adults should manage testing and avoid children’s personal information in feedback. We use diagnostic and beta reports only to troubleshoot and improve the app, do not share beta data with third parties, and keep our copies only while needed for those purposes. You may request access or deletion by contacting us.

Read Apple’s Privacy Policy and TestFlight privacy information.

Support and children’s privacy

If an adult emails us, we receive the sender’s address and message and use them to answer the request. Email providers process delivery. Please do not send children’s names, photos, voice recordings, addresses, or exported family files. We do not seek custom-location submissions or sell support information. We keep correspondence only while needed for the request or a legal obligation; you may ask us to delete information you sent.

The app is designed for local play, not online collection of children’s personal information. Before adding a feature that collects such information, we will update this policy and obtain any legally required parental consent. A parental gate alone is not that consent.
