My Little Family Car Terms of Use

My Little Family Car is provided by Daniel DeClet for parents and adult caregivers supervising children. An adult should review these terms and authorize purchases.
Use and safety
Story, Open Play, Rally, avatars, and manual trip checklists support preparation, conversation, and playful child-passenger entertainment. The app is not navigation, medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or professional advice. It does not guarantee learning results, calm behavior, or prevention of meltdowns.
Never operate the app while driving. Set it up while safely parked; only a passenger should interact with it during travel. Secure the device and do not let play interfere with child restraints, supervision, or attention to the road. In-app driving is fictional, not real-world driving instruction. Parents are responsible for purchases and appropriate use. Do not bypass parental gates or purchase verification.
Subscriptions and the ordinary free trial
The US monthly subscription has a base price of US $0.99 and provides the access described on Apple’s purchase screen. Eligible users may receive a 14-day introductory free trial. Unless canceled, that trial converts to a paid monthly subscription, which renews automatically. Apple determines offer eligibility and shows the applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms before you confirm.
Apple charges your Apple Account. Review its confirmation before subscribing. Prices and availability may change; the purchase confirmation and applicable renewal notices control. The base price is not a permanent price guarantee. Subscribe for the features available now, not an expectation of future releases.
Cancellation and the separate friends and family offer
Manage or cancel in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. To avoid a trial charge or upcoming renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Apple shows when access expires. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Apple cancellation instructions.
When expressly offered, the separate friends and family promotion provides eligible new subscribers one free month with no automatic renewal. Access ends afterward unless the adult separately chooses to subscribe. This is not the ordinary 14-day introductory trial. The redemption screen states eligibility and any expiry or other conditions; do not assume offers can be combined.
Restore purchases and refunds
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore eligible access. This does not grant a new trial or extend an expired subscription. For an Apple-billed refund, apply through Apple; eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law, not guaranteed by us. Apple refund instructions.
License and previews
The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement it with app-specific use and subscription information; they do not replace or override that license or your statutory rights. Apple’s purchase terms also apply. Read the Standard EULA.
App artwork, audio, stories, and other content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Friends Play & Explore previews, including the 27 previewed activities, are not currently playable or purchasable. They are not a promise of future delivery or a release date.
